Hailey joined AIM Equity Partners in 2023, after almost two years of fundraising and operating private equity experience across software, data and technology. Most recently, Hailey served as a member of the capital and partner solutions team at Vista Equity Partners, an enterprise software focused private equity firm, where she supported capital formation and investor relations activities including pitch decks, roadshows, and industry and competitor analyses. 

As an accomplished collegiate athlete, Hailey now channels her free time mostly outdoors with friends, whether it’s hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, or attending music festivals.
