Marlo joined AIM Equity Partners in 2026 and brings over a decade of investing experience, across software, technology-enabled services, and business services.

Prior to AIM Equity Partners, Marlo was a Principal at Marlin Equity Partners, where she led the firm’s healthcare vertical and supported investments across several complementary sectors. She served on the board of multiple portfolio companies including Personify Health, Virgin Pulse, StarCompliance, ImagineSoftware, Propelus, and others.

Marlo began her career as a consultant at Bain & Co. with casework spanning healthcare services, business services, technology, and financial services.

Originally from Chicago, Marlo now lives in Los Angeles. She doesn’t miss the cold – seizing every opportunity to enjoy the California sunshine. Outside work, she enjoys trying new golf courses, pickleball matches with friends, and sampling the best local soft serve spots.
